Due to the custom nature of all our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. 

However, if you cancel with at least three day notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used for a future class within 30 days. You can only reschedulde once. Please email us (polarartstoronto@gmail.com) to cancel/reschedule. If you reschedule with 48hours' notice, 50% additional fee will be charged, and we will reschedule a new class for you in 30 days. If you no-show, you forfeit your reservation payment. Seats are transferable, but please notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change.   

All requests and cancellation or rescheduling must be received in writing.
